		<description>Thanks, that is so true. I want to lose weight but deffinitely happy to be healthy. When we do it just to lose weight and dont grasp that it has to be a whole life style change, we quit quicker. Once you accept that their is a bigger picture, that involves losing the weight but understand its a long journey, and that getting healthy is the best prize of all, one tends to stick to it for life.</description>

Lastnight you were willing to walk this morning, but unfortunately you were not well this morning and had to stay in.

My friend here is a great motivator and she has the discipline that so many of us lack in this area.

However, as she said &quot;working out&quot; exercise or physical activity as I prefer to trick my brain as...needs to be a lifestyle. So she continues even when the scale may discourage.
She does look great...Picture..picture .picture...lol

Well we will walk tomorrow...notice I said walk, not jog (smile). Though after further hurting my back at the gym this morning, I am wondering if it will be wise for the long run. What do you think?</description>
